OUR STORY/MEET HEATHER DILL 

Hi, I’m Heather Dill, Owner and Master Stylist at Shear Organic Extensions & Color Studio!

Our philosophy is this: good communication, plus innovative techniques, combined with the best organic products from around the world, equals outstanding results for consistently beautiful healthy hair and brows. 

Hairdressing has been my passion since I was 12 years old. And microblading is one of my new-found passions. I love to help make people look and feel healthy and beautiful. 

My formal training began at Toni & Guy Academy where I successfully earned my license in Cosmetology. From there I went straight into an apprenticeship and became a stylist for a high-end salon in Scottsdale, AZ. Staying up-to-date on the newest and best techniques has always been a priority for me in my trade. 

Because of my love of being healthy, I transitioned to working at an Organic salon and decided to become a Certified Organic Master Stylist. 

I created Shear Organic Hair Studio with the goal of bringing healthy and beautiful hair techniques and artistry to the East Valley. 

Then in 2017 I completed training, certification and licensing to bring microblading services here to the studio. 

You and I will begin each appointment with a client consultation to discuss your needs, wants, expectations, concerns and any questions. Then you can sit back and enjoy the relaxing and professional studio atmosphere where the focus is on you and where we worry about all the details so you don't have to.

  Shear Organic specializes in non-toxic, Eco friendly hair color and products. The color is Certified Organic,100% ammonia free, and infused with natural oils to add moisture and keep your hair healthy. You have a choice of permanent, Demi Permanent, Semi Permanent, or Temporary color. It covers gray and it's gentle on the hair!

  We also offer microblading for the brows! Microblading (aka 3D Brows, 6D Brows, hair stroke brows...) is a semi permanent cosmetic tattoo technique done with a manual pen that penetrates the top layer of skin with pigment. This offers a realistic and dimensional, natural brow consisting of fine hair like strokes instead of a "block of color".
