CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

At Shear Organic Hair & Microblading Studio we strive to be punctual and prepared for your visit so as to be respectful of our clients’ valuable time. 

Kindly contact us 48 hours or more in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. And please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. 

Failure to do so may incur the following courtesy fees and adjustments:

-For less than 48 hours cancellation/rescheduling...50% of scheduled booking will be charged to your account.

-For late arrivals of more than 10 minutes…a possible reduction in the scope of services that can be provided during this appointment may be necessary, plus a $25 late fee.

Please note that any courtesy fees must be paid before new appointments can be scheduled.
